Postharvest Laboratory

The Postharvest Laboratory is used for practicals in several courses such as Agricultural Product Processing Technology, Agricultural Product Handling Technology, Postharvest Horticulture Processing Technology, Horticultural Product Processing Technology, and Agricultural Product Handling Techniques. This lab is equipped with tools such as electric ovens, stove ovens, gas stoves, blenders, ice cream makers, analytical scales, flour blenders, coffee blenders, fruit blenders, refrigerators, freezers, toilets, staff and faculty rooms, and others. The lab space is approximately 160 m2. The lab can accommodate around 30 people.
