Change Management

Change management is the management of resources to achieve organisational goals with better performance. The goal is to transform the system and mechanism of organisational work, as well as the mindset and cultures of individual civil servants, to be more adaptive, innovative, responsive, professional, and integrity-based so that they can meet the demands of the times and the increasing needs of society. Change management is also part of efforts to build integrity zones towards Corruption-Free Areas (WBK) and Clean Serving Bureaucratic Areas (WBBM).
